How to use
ONRIDE

Everything you need from downloading the app to returning your bike at a station for a green, safe and convenient ride. See the step-by-step process, video guide and key regulations below.

How it works

  1. 1

    Download & register

    Download ONRIDE from App Store or Google Play, register an account with phone number, eKYC and OTP verification. Link bank account to be ready for the first trip.

  2. 2

    Find a nearby bike

    Open the map in app to view bikes and stations around your location in real time. Choose the nearest bike with good battery to start.

  3. 3

    Scan to unlock

    Tap scan and point camera at the QR code on bike frame. Bike lock will automatically open in a few seconds, e-bike ready to roll.

  4. 4

    Ride safely

    Always wear a helmet, ride in designated e-bike lanes and follow traffic laws. Keep reasonable speed and observe to protect yourself and others.

  5. 5

    Return & pay

    End the trip, return bike to any ONRIDE station and park properly. Fare will be automatically deducted from wallet with detailed invoice in app.

The ONRIDE map shows nearby bikes and stations in real time. Allow location access to find the nearest available bike. Filter by battery level or reserve a bike briefly while you are on your way.

One rider per bike

Each ONRIDE bike is strictly for one rider. Never carry passengers or bulky cargo.
